We subscribe to the Department of Higher Educations norms and standards and purpose built to each universities requirement, as well as international standards, as closely observed by our student accommodation team.

All accommodation provided, will be situated within a close walking distance from universities, as it is one of our main strategies, to be located within a 1km radius of the university. Not only will our facilities be close to universities but also to all the amenities that make student life easier and more enjoyable.

We believe in safety and security. Which is why all our accommodation will adhere to only the basic safety and security requirements but have advanced secure entry, 24-Hour security and CCTV.

Rise Student Living will comply with all of the legislative requirements (national, regional and municipal) regulating health and safety at all times. This will include Certificates of Compliance from the relevant authorities on an annual basis.
